  : It is literally on the sand dune and the pool was nice. The beds were better than I thought from reading the reviews and I slept well. I probably won't stay again but I DO NOT REGRET the trip.
  : The few roaches we had in our room, and the soap dispensers were empty

  : Incorrect PIN given for the door lock.Soap, Shampoo, and Conditioner - basic amenities were missing.Comforter was missing for one bed.Trash bag was missing.Floor had soil. It was not clean.Noisy neighbors.There was no Kitchen. Room picture had kitchen in it.

  : The room wasn’t all that clean and the toilet had a hard time flushing until it completely refused to anymore because there wasn’t enough water in the tank.

  : Bugs. Bugs. Bugs. You can tell that the cleaning people tried to deliver a clean room. There were small bugs everywhere. That is not the cleaning staff's problem nor did they contribute to it. They need an exterminator to go in there and take care of the problem. Also, the trash is kept too close to the building and there were many flies everywhere. The dumpster is far enough away from the facility but there are three trash cans kept nearby which contributed to the number of flies which got into the rooms. Also, the facility needs updated and painted.

  : I stayed here last year and this year.I like the location and the quietness of this part of the island. I have been coming to Buxton and Frisco for over 40 years.
  : There were roaches.You could not even set down your beverage without them coming out of the wood work.
